This overview highlights the essential steps and best practices for using Yembo, the platform supporting remote and on-site surveys, visual inventories, and integration with Atlas Net for government and private moves in Canada.

Purpose:
Provide users with structured guidance on logging in, creating surveys, generating visual inventories, syncing data, and conducting government-related tasks to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Areas:

1. Logging In:

  • Use the correct URL (app DCA) for Canada compliance.

  • Ensure the environment is set to Canada.

2. First-Time Login:

  • Follow the New User Checklist to review surveys, create test surveys, and complete visual inventory.

  • Inbox tabs include: New Surveys, Needs Video, Needs Review, Needs Quote, Needs Close, Booked & All Moves.

3. Creating a New Customer:

  • Add Contact → assign the correct agent and company.

  • Enter first name, last name, phone, email.

  • Optional: move date, bedrooms, customer ID.

  • Select business unit (COOD, RCMP, DND, CRS).

  • Choose survey type: Smart Consult (remote), On-site Manual (government), or AI self-survey (not covered).

  • Ensure survey agency code is correct; handle duplicates as needed.

4. Scheduling a Survey:

  • Set employee, date, duration (15 min–1.5 hrs), and time.

  • Shorter durations prevent accidental logouts.

5. Conducting Smart Consult:

  • Customer must allow camera, microphone, and audio.

  • Guide customer through photographing rooms and items.

  • Use camera flip, dropdown navigation, and pop-out window for multiple screens.

6. Adding Items:

  • Right-click photo → Add Item; shortcut “A” can also be used.

  • Keyboard shortcuts available for duplicate, erase, flip, hide tags.

7. Generating Visual Inventory:

  • Click Generate Visual Inventory after review.

  • Ensure weights are accurate for auditing and claims.

  • Can create multiple inventories; send for customer approval (editable or read-only).

  • Revoke links if needed.

8. Syncing to Atlas Net:

  • Click Sync → choose Customer, Business IDs, Registration Number, Booking Agent.

  • Confirm success message.

  • Government inventories require temporary sync to Ivan until full Atlas Net integration.

9. Government Inventory via Ivan:

  • Enter booking agent, salesperson, business line, tariff (not 640).

  • Upload to Ivan, enter estimate and account codes, validate ESE ID.

  • Edits must be done in ACM before syncing.

10. On-Site iPad App:

  • Used for manual surveys; photos only (no video).

  • Add contacts, conduct surveys, generate visual inventory, and resync to Atlas Net.

  • Government jobs require manual setup.

11. Tips:

  • If synced inventory doesn’t print, fallback to Ivan.

  • Written instructions and videos are available for reference.

Key Takeaway:
Yembo streamlines the survey and inventory process, enabling accurate visual documentation, government compliance, and seamless integration with Atlas Net, while supporting both remote and on-site workflows.
