Workers Compensation Requirements

Friendly Reminder: As part of contractual requirements with Atlas Canada, it is imperative Worker’s Compensation files remain current.

All Agents, regardless of domicile must provide Atlas Canada with copies of their WSIB certificates on a quarterly basis, or as issued by the province/territory in which they are located.

It is vital that Atlas Canada has a current copy of your Clearance Certificate or account status on file.

As this is an ongoing program, please be advised that once your current certificate expires, a renewed certificate should be emailed to our office.
