Moneris Go Portal – Activating Your Moneris Go Portal Account

This overview guides Atlas agents through the steps to activate and access their Moneris Go Portal account for managing electronic payments.

Activation Steps:

1. Open the Activation Email:

   • Locate the “User account activation” email.

   • Click the Activate My Account button or link.

2. Confirm Account Details:

   • Verify your First Name and Last Name.

   • Select your preferred Language (English or French).

   • Click Create.

3. Create a Password:

   • Enter your new password and confirm it.

   • Click Submit.

4. Set Up Security Questions:

   • Choose a security question from each dropdown.

   • Enter your answers and click Submit.

5. Confirm Account Creation:

   • When the “New account successfully created” message appears, click Log In.

6. Log Into Moneris Portal:

   • Enter the email address used for activation.

   • Enter your password and click Log In.

   • Tip: You can also access the login page directly at https://login.moneris.com/en/login

7. Two-Factor Verification:

   • Open the “Moneris verification code” email.

   • Copy the 6-digit code and paste it into the Verification Code field.

   • (Optional) Check Remember my device to skip verification on the same browser.

   • Click Verify Code.

8. Access the Portal:

   • On the “Your portal(s)” page, click Launch under Moneris Go Portal.

9. Access Your Store:

   • Continue into the Moneris Go Portal to manage your account or store.
