This overview outlines the process for using Alerts & Notifications in AtlasNet to keep users informed in real-time about key shipment updates, assignments, and changes.
Purpose:
Ensure timely communication of shipment status, personnel assignments, and operational updates to support efficient workflow and decision-making.
Key Areas:

Accessing Alerts:

Navigate: AtlasNet Homepage → Applications → Dispatch

Click your name (top-right) → Alerts and Links
-
Opens the Alert Subscriptions page

Types of Alerts:

Weight updates: Actual shipment weights entered
-
Pickup gate changes: Scheduled pickup updates
-
PVO/G11 changes: Added or removed from orders

Delivery ETA updates: Expected delivery times

PBO assignments/removals: Notifications when personnel are assigned or removed

User Role Selection:

Dropdown menu for roles (e.g., Dispatcher, CSR, Hooker, Salesperson)

Available alerts depend on the selected role

Monitoring Parties:

Ensure Canada and Canada Household are selected to receive alerts
