This overview guides Atlas agents through the steps to activate and access their Moneris Go Portal account for managing electronic payments.
Activation Steps:

Open the Activation Email:

Locate the “User account activation” email.

Click the Activate My Account button or link.

Confirm Account Details:

Verify your First Name and Last Name.

Select your preferred Language (English or French).

Click Create.

Create a Password:
-
Enter your new password and confirm it.
-
Click Submit.

Set Up Security Questions:

Choose a security question from each dropdown.

Enter your answers and click Submit.

Confirm Account Creation:

When the “New account successfully created” message appears, click Log In.

Log Into Moneris Portal:

Enter the email address used for activation.

Enter your password and click Log In.

Tip: You can also access the login page directly at https://login.moneris.com/en/login

Two-Factor Verification:

Open the “Moneris verification code” email.

Copy the 6-digit code and paste it into the Verification Code field.

(Optional) Check Remember my device to skip verification on the same browser.

Click Verify Code.

Access the Portal:

On the “Your portal(s)” page, click Launch under Moneris Go Portal.

Access Your Store:

Continue into the Moneris Go Portal to manage your account or store.
