An important reminder regarding our current provider, Penske. Please also note updated 2025 rates below.
To place your order for a rental unit, please see the following options:
- Contact your local Penske location directly
- Call reservation hotline 1-800-PENSKE-1 (1-800-736-7531)
- Email rentals@penske.com
You must provide:
- Our National Rental Account number: 6000
- Your name
- Agency name
- Agency number
- Number of trucks needed
- Type of truck(s)
- Pick up location and date
- Return date
- Driver must present valid driver’s license at pick up

For additional cost savings, be sure to provide your Certificate of Insurance (COI) to Penske to avoid the further cost of purchasing the Penske provided insurance.
Be sure to have them forward the reservation agreement to can-procurement@atlasvanlines.ca for an authorized Atlas Canada purchase order to be issued. (Note: please provide your email address and we will include you in the return email so that you will be confident that your reservation will be ready for you).
