As part of your contractual requirements with Atlas Canada, all agents must maintain current Worker’s Compensation files. This includes submitting copies of your WSIB or equivalent clearance certificates quarterly, or as issued by your province/territory.
Key points:

Ensure Atlas Canada always has a current copy of your Clearance Certificate or account status.

Once your certificate expires, email a renewed copy to backcheck@atlasvanlines.ca.

Include your agency name and number in the email.

If Atlas Canada already has a current certificate on file, you may disregard this notice.
