Reporting Transition to AtlasNet

The following reports are now available in the Reporting Center in AtlasNet:

•   Agent Ranking Report
•   HHG Registered LH By Agency
•   Registered Comparable Stats

These reports can be found though the Applications menu > Reporting Center > Atlas Van Lines > Sales/Marketing >Sales Agent > Canadian Agent Reports

Stay tuned for the Agent Reporting Matrix to be available soon. This tool will allow your agency to pull your booked linehaul by salesperson, origin/destination provinces, inter/intra provincial moves, tariff, load date, delivery date, processed date and registration year.

How to Access the Reporting Center

Before you try to Access Reports:

It is very critical that you observe this first step to set up/create the users you would like to access these reports.

Attached is an extensive guide on how the Security Admins can grant user access as needed.

Whenever the security admin for your agent branch is setting up a new user for AtlasNet, they must select the “Reporting Center” option on the security form and check which reports they need to access along with the agent codes in the group.

Once the new user is setup the user must wait 1 hour for the Reporting Center security changes to sync.
