Reporting Transition to AtlasNet

This update outlines the transition of reporting functions from AS400 (IVAN) to AtlasNet. Agents can now retrieve essential operational and performance reports through the Reporting Center in AtlasNet, including:

  • Agent Ranking

  • HHG Registered LH by Agency – Agent

  • Registered Comparable Stats – Agent

Before accessing reports, security administrators must set up user permissions through the AtlasNet Security Administration Guide – Granting Report Access. It’s critical that the “Reporting Center” option is selected during user setup to ensure proper access to reporting features.

Once access is granted, allow one hour for security settings to sync before attempting to view reports. For assistance, contact the Atlas Service Desk at servicedesk@atlasworldgroup.com or 1-800-235-9776.
